Using cow urine for curing Gastrointestinal Disorders

Gastrointestinal disorders or diseases are those that affect the gastrointestinal tract.
The gastrointestinal tract comprises of the organs that are primarily concerned with absorption, assimilation and digestion of food.

Gastrointestinal disorders can be caused due to ailments affecting either the organs such as stomach, liver, pancreas or the intestines or may also be due to infection from microorganisms that find their way into these organs. A gastrointestinal physician or expert usually looks for food infection or similar causes to diagnose the exact nature of infection in such cases.

Ayurveda believes that all diseases and disorders are because of the imbalance created in the body due to the increase or decrease in the three main doshas (vata, pitta and kapha). Since these three elements are increasingly linked with the food that is consumed rather than any other aspect of our environment, it becomes important to consider the intake of food for keeping away from gastrointestinal disorders.

However, consumption of infection ridden food may not be the only cause for gastro problems. Genetic factors, injury, trauma can also cause such ailments. Ayurveda prescribes the use of many herbal treatments and natural therapy for the healing and relaxation of the organs concerned with this disorder.

Primarily among the recommendations of Ayurveda is the use of cow urine therapy for curing gastrointestinal diseases. Research and study of the various uses of cow urine have proved that it is a natural healer and can set right many disorders. From diabetes to acidity and from ulcers to infections, cow urine is the ultimate answer to medical queries for remedies without side effects.

It is also a known fact that a person suffering from any gastrointestinal disorders is at risk of being exposed to more infection or pain if medicines used over a prolonged period of time start inflicting side effects. Further potential damage to the delicate organs of the gastrointestinal system can be completely avoided with the use of cow urine therapy.
